Sorry by Zoran Drevenkar was the first of his books to be translated into English.

Drvenkar claims that after writing 150 pages of this story, he got so scared of his writing he put the book away for two years and wrote three children’s books to “let the steam out” before he finished it.

German Black humour, if you find the occasional nail-a-woman-to-the-wall story funny.
